Great friendly service. From the the first visit with Jamie to the new system being installed by Jamie, Kane and Matt. Explained everything and made sure our new system was working properly. Would recommend to anyone looking for security systems.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Secret Security. The team was incredibly professional, reliable, responsive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. From start to finish, everything was handled with care and attention to detail.

It’s clear that they take security seriously while still delivering a friendly and professional experience. I would have no hesitation recommending Secret Security to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and highly professional security service. Jamie and the boys at secret security should be so proud of themself.

Jamie & Kane did the security in the complex where we live. We have found their service so good, and their communication about what they are doing and when so professional, we decided to do a shout-out so everyone else can love their services too..

Thx guys! Petar & Jessica Jamieson-Scott (Whale Cove - Ramada Resort, Urangan Hervey Bay)

I couldn't be happier with the service from Secret Security. From the first phone call to the installation, everything was easy and professional. The installers arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was confident using the system before he left.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Secret Security to anyone looking for great service and quality workmanship.

If you want people that know their business inside out then these are the guys. Jamie and his team are so professional, courteous and really know what you need and listen to help you with what you want. Jamie is the brains and the others are the brawn. I had a couple of little issues after alarms and cameras were installed and they came right away and fixed the issues. They are contactable 24/7. I highly recommend the Secret Security Team.
